- Identify the habits that you want to break, as well as the habits that you want to either build or continue to grow. You might think about your sleep, eating, exercise, and coping strategies. Do you need to make changes in any of these areas to be your best self?

- Choose one habit to focus on. Make a plan for how you will build your new good habit. You might create a calendar to track your good choices.
Mrs. G puts up her workout calendar in her bathroom to help her stick to her exercise habit.
Mrs. G uses the strategy of "don't break the chain" to help her stick to her daily meditation habit.
