Mini-Lesson #46- Mindful Bubbles Exercises!

Bubbles are awesome and fun!  They can also be used to practice mindfulness and self control!

Follow Up Activities:
  • Do you have bubbles at home?  If so, give the strategies a try!
    • Bubble Breathing
    • Mindfulness with bubbles- watch and observe the bubbles.  Notice color and shape. 
    • Self-control with bubbles- have someone blow bubbles around you but resist the urge to chase or pop them.
  • When you have thoughts popping up that are getting in your way, you can imagine them floating away like a bubble.  Use the sheet below or make your own.  Identify thoughts that are popping up that you would like to let float away.
