Mini-Lesson #45- Soak It In!

We have talked a lot about using mindfulness to get through difficult times or to help us to be focused and productive.  But it's also important to be mindful of the good stuff!

Follow Up Activities:

  • Draw or write about a recent joyful moment.  Think about a time recently where you were feeling really calm or happy.  Focus on how you felt in that moment.
  • Look for these peaceful or joyful moments today!  When you find yourself in one soak it in! 
  • Step away from the screens and take yourself into the sunshine!  Nature helps us to regulate ourselves and helps us to be present in the moment.
