Mini-Lesson #26- Mindful Feelings

Welcome back!  I hope your April break was lovely.  This week we are going to have a feelings theme.  Each day is going to focus on a different emotion and how to regulate/manage it.  Today we are going to use mindfulness strategies to help us to notice and sit with our feelings.

Follow Up Activities:
  • Please try this beautiful meditation about befriending difficult emotions.  I have used it several times already.  It's a good one!
  • Make a glitter or calm down jar!  Maybe you'll have more success than Mrs. G!   Remember you can also use a snow globe for this mindfulness activity or use the video below.             Glitter Jar Directions
