Mini-Lesson #5- Rest Your Brain So You Can Stretch Your Brain!

 Good Morning!  Let's do some mindfulness on this Monday morning!  In order to stretch and grow your brain this week, you also need to make time to rest your brain.  Learn how!

Follow Up Activities:

  • Make a plan to give your brain the breaks and rest that it needs this week!  In order to work hard you need to be well rested.  Your brain/mind needs to be able to focus to learn and grown.  
  • Find an object that will help you when your brain needs to slow down.  This object can help you to be mindful, which will help you be a better learner.
