Follow Up Activities:
- Create or find a spot to sit and practice being mindful. It could be outside or inside. You can use our previous lessons about focusing on our breathing or you could use your senses to notice what you hear, see, and feel.
- Take a mindful walk. While practicing social distancing, walk slowly in nature. Pay attention to the rhythm of your feet again the ground and the movement of your body. Look for signs of spring as you walk. How many can you find?
- Lay on your back on a hammock or on the ground and study the clouds. Imagine yourself floating around on a big fluffy, white cloud. You can also look for shapes and objects in the clouds.
