Follow Up Activities:
- Make a list of things that you like to do with your siblings (brothers and sisters). If you don't have siblings, write a list of things you like to do with your parents/guardians. Doing things that we enjoy together can help tighten our bond and remind us that getting along feels good!
- Have a plan for when things go bad! What will you do when you start to get really annoyed, angry, or frustrated with someone in your family? Have a peaceful strategy ready to go. Maybe you will plan to go to your room and read a book or go outside and run around. Maybe you will use your words and say that you are getting frustrated and need space. Practice and use these strategies!
