Follow Up Activities:
- What is causing you worry? Examples could be doing academic work from home, worrying about getting sick, being upset about not being able to go places or see friends.
- Plan and prepare! What will you say back to your worry voice? Examples could be, "you are not helping me right now", "adults are keeping me safe, I don't need you making me feel bad", "I have strategies to keep me calm, you are not helping me".
- Recognize when you are having an unhealthy worry reaction and talk back to that worry voice!
