Mini-Lesson #4- Worry and Your Brain!

Todays mini-lesson is for everyone!  Learn how to identify and talk back to your worry voice!

Follow Up Activities:
  • What is causing you worry?  Examples could be doing academic work from home, worrying about getting sick, being upset about not being able to go places or see friends.
  • Plan and prepare!  What will you say back to your worry voice?  Examples could be, "you are not helping me right now", "adults are keeping me safe, I don't need you making me feel bad", "I have strategies to keep me calm, you are not helping me".
  • Recognize when you are having an unhealthy worry reaction and talk back to that worry voice!
