Follow Up Activities:

• What strategies could you use to be more productive and responsible on remote days?  Ideas: Maybe you need to spend some time each remote morning getting your materials together or going over your remote plan.  Maybe you need to look at your schedule and your use of time.   Maybe you need to limit distractions or plan calming breaks.  Write down at least one strategy to try or draw a picture of you using your strategy to take more responsibility for your learning.  

• Think about a positive, helpful message that you can give yourself when you are working hard on a remote learning task but you are struggling.  Remember being responsible doesn't mean that we never make mistakes or that we always get everything done.  How can you be kind to yourself while also taking responsibility for your learning?
