March 16th Mini-Lesson: Hello and How Are You Feeling?

Hi Friends,
Welcome to our first video mini lesson!  Today we will be feelings focused!  Please watch the video below and consider trying out the follow up activities.  I miss you SO big!

Follow up activities:
  • Take a silent moment.  Take a deep breath or two and check in with yourself.  Find a feeling and try to name it.
  • Tell someone how you are feeling.  After they listen to your feelings, ask them how they are feeling.
  • Draw or write about your feelings.
  • If needed, try out some of the coping strategies to help manage difficult feelings from my previous blog post.  
  • Are you struggling with big feelings?  Ask your parents to reach out to Mrs. G for support.
