Follow up activities:
- Take a silent moment. Take a deep breath or two and check in with yourself. Find a feeling and try to name it.
- Tell someone how you are feeling. After they listen to your feelings, ask them how they are feeling.
- Draw or write about your feelings.
- If needed, try out some of the coping strategies to help manage difficult feelings from my previous blog post.
- Are you struggling with big feelings? Ask your parents to reach out to Mrs. G for support.
