Amazing Conference About Breaking the Worry Cycle!

I went to the most amazing workshop today about breaking the worry cycle in children and families.  The presenter was social worker Lynn Lyons and her approach made so much sense to me.  I'll be sharing more specifics soon but here is a video to check out to learn more.  I've also linked Lynn's website below.  I love challenging my thinking, learning something new, and practicing new strategies to help kids!
