- How have you been doing your part to keep our school and community safe? Draw, write, or talk about the safe actions that you have taken that have benefited yourself and others. Take some time to celebrate yourself today and recognize the amazing choices that you are making.
- Try a loving kindness mediation. Wearing a mask, washing our hands, and social distancing is a way to show you care about yourself and others. Another way to feel close to others is to try a loving kindness mediation, which means sending love to yourself and to others.
